We are always looking to seek new opportunities and new partnerships with construction companies and architects for large scale works such as one of our current jobs Shiners Yard in Jesmond, Newcastle.

Mackin & Burton Electrical Contractors carry out all commercial electrical work, some of these are; complete & partial rewires, maintenance, installation of lighting, data installation, alarm systems and new installations. Electrical Inspections In Commercial Properties.

All electrical installations deteriorate with use and age and it is important therefore that the person responsible for maintenance of the installation ensures that the users are not put at risk (Electricity at Work Regulations 1989) and that the installation is in a safe condition.

A NICEIC Periodic Inspection carried out by us will provide you with a report on the condition of your installation. The report will indicate any departures from BS7671 required for Electrical Installations and make any recommendations that may be necessary to bring it up to the standards required by current legislation. This is a requirement of the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989 and increasingly insurance companies are insisting on a NICEIC Periodic Inspection before they will insure the buildings.
