Home Condition Reports 

It is recommended by the of Electrical Engineers (IEE) that your house wiring is checked every 10 years. We can inspect and test your electrics (known as a Periodic Inspection) to ensure your wiring is safe. This is particularly important if you are thinking of buying a house (your survey will not include this test) or you've just moved house.

If you are selling your house, a test of your home's electrics may be recommended by the Home Inspector when completing the new Home Condition Report due in 2007.

Landlord's Electrical Safety Checks

The IEE recommends rental property electrics are tested on each change of tenancy. We can inspect and test your property's electrical installation and rectify any problems to ensure your tenants will be safe.
